Low-impact, intentional stretching has profound benefits and is a crucial step in the healing process. Kellie will teach you how to create space to release stagnant emotional energy that causes chronic pain and stiffness.

The body simply cannot heal if it doesn't feel safe to do so. Kellie teaches nervous system regulation techniques including guided mediation, breath work, self-compassion, and reframing the way we think about illness.
